Choosing the right vendor should be one of the most important processes for any organization, and it shouldn't always be "price first" when it come time to selecting one. Developing a reliable stable of trusted vendors will pay dividends now and well into the future.
RTPS takes into account many factors when vetting a potential preferred vendor. First, and most important, we take a very close look at the overall quality of their product offering and the pricing that goes with it, as well as their customer support offering - a standard for any procurment initiative. Contract Lifecycle Mangement
This is the "Management" part of Supplier Selection, and where the realtionships begin to grow. We handle the workflow, to ensure the agreed upon pricing and terms are reflected in a simple but iron-clad, RTPS- authored contract. We strip out the excess small print that seems to find its way into certain "supplier-authored" contracts, get the contract signed and into our database. Moving forward and through the lifetime of the contract, we can remind you of anniversary dates, create custom reports based on your needs, and assist you with extensions, early cancellations and pending terminations.
